My feelings were hard to describe. Could there be a shift in my life program?

I noted a change of behaviour and state of mind.

Last night even though I was not tired, I wanted to go home to rest.

I enjoyed my solitude.

This morning I woke up with a sense of peace and serenity. Some negative thoughts and emotions tried to creep in but appeared to get squashed half-way.

I felt a sense of timelessness.

Throughout this morning I felt as if my brain were processing some data but I would not know the content.

I could feel a soothing warmth throughout my entire body all the time.

Trivia of life no longer bothered me.

I felt very calm.

Could this be a change of “state of consciousness” ?
